A delegation of hygiene industry clients from India recently visited our nonwoven fabric manufacturing facility for a two-day in-depth plant tour and business negotiation. As a professional supplier of nonwoven raw materials for baby diapers, sanitary napkins, and adult incontinence products, we were honored to showcase our technical capabilities and quality control systems – laying a solid foundation for a long-term supply partnership. Plant Tour – Witnessing Professional Strength
Accompanied by our senior management and foreign trade team, the clients toured our spunbond nonwoven production lines, SS/SMS composite nonwoven lines, and hydrophilic treatment workshop. They observed every critical stage – from 100% polypropylene (PP) raw material feeding, melt spinning, thermal bonding, to hydrophilic/hydrophobic finishing, slitting and winding. The entire process demonstrated our customized manufacturing capabilities for different hygiene applications including diaper topsheet, backsheet, waist elastic, and sanitary napkin covers.
At the core production zone, our technical engineers gave on-site demonstrations on key quality parameters the clients cared about most – softness, hydrophilicity, breathability, and tensile strength. The visitors were highly impressed by our advanced equipment, dust-free workshop management, and rigorous quality control systems.
